Tayna.co.uk has come over all festive today. Our virtual decorations have gone up for the xmas period… we hope you like them!
We have made two important changes since our last update… that make buying your battery so much easier – and potentially much much quicker.
Our first – and most important – change is that we have negotiated with our delivery partners (and our staff!) so that our daily collections are made much later; enabling us to offer Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery up until 4pm each day. Our previous cut-off time of 2pm was far too early for many customers who demanded delivery the following day. We hope that this change will make life easier for us all.
Our next change is the introduction of an Live Chat Online Help System. We are always quick to respond to people who contact us through our online enquiry system – our current average response time is 23 minutes – but following on from our earlier point customers may need an immediate response so that they can make an informed choice about which battery to purchase.
Many people prefer to chat online without having to pick up the telephone. Implementing our own in-house online chat based system addresses those customers’ needs.
