Tayna Batteries are proud to formally announce our new logo.

After many iterations of design and a huge amount of assistance from our loyal facebook ‘likers’ we have created what we feel is a modern clean design which accurately reflects what we do.

Expect to see the logo used on our exciting new responsive website which we expect to launch in late 2013.

New Staff Aplenty!

With the busiest Winter we’ve ever had now behind us we’ve now entered the time of year when every man and his dog gets their campervan/caravan and motorcycle out of the garage to discover that their battery has died. Traditionally this is our busiest time of year, so we’re pleased to announce a raft of new recruits that will enable us to continue the high level of service we’ve always been proud to offer.

New recruits for our warehouse team are Reg, Jim and Matt. Over the last few weeks they’ve proven to be ultra-reliable and have massively increased the capacity of our ‘next day delivery’ service. Hand picked for the team due to their vast experience all three have proven their worth already.

Our call centre also has a new staff member in Dan. Dan’s customer service skills have impressed us all, and only 2 weeks in he has cemented himself as an invaluable member of the team. How ever did we cope without him?!

We’ve got huge news set to be announced within the next couple of weeks so keep checking back for updates…

Olympic Torch to Pass Tayna Towers!

The olympic torch relay passes Tayna today!

This exciting event is due at around 13:50 this afternoon, and can be followed on the bbc olympic torch relay website.

Visitors

Visitors to our site may experience delays between 13:00 and 16:30, so if you are due to visit us please be aware that you may experience delays. It is worth noting that the large public car park next to us is free to the public today.

Telephone Calls

You may experience trouble getting through to us around the time that the torch passes (scheduled for 13:51), so please bear with us during this time.

Couriers

All couriers collect from us between 16:00 and 17:00, and each of them have suggested that they may experience difficulties getting to us on time. We will do everything in our power to assist getting all deliveries out on time.
